Bayern Munich forward Arjen Robben scored zero goals but made two dives against Arsenal in today’s UEFA Champions League match, with one of the dives resulting in a penalty for the Bundesliga club that was saved by Lukasz Fabianski.
Why a footballer of his calibre would resort to such blatant diving is beyond me, especially considering that Bayern Munich would have advanced through to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League tonight even without his histrionics.
