Last week, British TV network ITV premiered a brand-new documentary about Gareth Bale, entitled “Welsh Galactico.”

The 45-minute documentary tells the story of how Gareth Bale, a boy from the Cardiff suburbs, became the world’s most expensive player.

Narrated by Ned Boulting, the documentary features interviews with those that have witnessed and aided Bale’s rise to the top including Harry Redknapp and Michael Dawson. This documentary looks at how the boy from the suburbs of Cardiff became the world’s most expensive footballer. And those that know Bale best give their opinions on the challenges that lie ahead at Real Madrid, the world’s biggest football club.
