Nine thousand Sunderland supporters are traveling via buses today from the North East of England to Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, 146 miles away. “Gus’s buses,” as they’re calling the convoy, are filled with Sunderland supporters dreaming of a final at Wembley if they can hold on to their 2-1 win from the first leg against David Moyes’s team.

Manchester United officials, players and supporters are hopeful that it’ll be an all-Manchester final, but the Red Devils have a ton of work to do tonight to overcome the 2-1 aggregate scoreline when the match kicks off at 2:45pm ET. Note: In the Semi-Final ties, if the aggregate score is level at the end of the second game an extra half-hour shall be played. If the aggregate scores are still level at the end of extra time the tie shall be decided by goals scored away from home counting twice. If the teams remain equal after this procedure the tie shall be determined by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with the Laws of Association Football.
