One of the traditions of World Cup coverage on British television is a memorable and lengthy opening title sequence. It’s often a competition between the BBC and ITV to see who can create the better one.
For this year’s World Cup, ITV’s opening title sequence is certainly Brazilian. I’m still trying to determine whether I like it or not, but it’s certainly worth watching.
