EPL Commentator Schedule

EPL Commentators on NBC: March 18 to March 20

There are just four Premier League games scheduled for this weekend, spread out over three days. Six clubs are set for FA Cup action, meaning the number of Premier League games dropped.

Unfortunately, this does no favors in cleaning up the table, although a club like Arsenal, which enters the weekend with two games in hand, will have the opportunity to makes one of those up.

Moreover, it is also the last weekend before an international break. Therefore, we will not Manchester United until their game on April 2.

Still, let’s look at the four games on the schedule in the Premier League.

The best of the bunch is Tottenham hosting West Ham. A couple of the more inconsistent sides in England’s top flight, both sides are just on the outside looking in when it comes to the Europa League and Champions League. However, Spurs do hold a game in hand. When called upon, these two clubs can appear to be among the best in the league, picking up points against the best opposition. Yet, neither side can avoid a slip as the league enters its closing stages.

Arsenal is also in that scrum of teams fighting for European qualification. The Gunners are in the driver’s seat for that ever-valuable fourth position as they travel to Villa Park on Saturday.

Wolves is the last team to have an ounce of hope for European qualification. Molineux is the host as Wolves welcomes a desperate Leeds side trying to stave off relegation. Brentford, just one spot above Jesse Marsh and Leeds, also must fight for survival at the current stage. The Bees look to pick up a result at the King Power against Jamie Vardy and Leicester.
