Arsenal vs Newcastle, Spurs vs Sunderland, Chelsea vs Everton & 7 Other EPL Matches: Open Thread

It’s a day of goodbyes today on the final day of the 2012-13 Premier League season. Farewell to Sir Alex Ferguson, Paul Scholes, Jamie Carragher, Michael Owen, Wigan Athletic, Reading and Queens Park Rangers.

It’s also a goodbye to FOX Soccer, who’ll be televising their final Premier League games today on US television before they shut down in late July or early August. It’s also time to say goodbye to ESPN’s coverage of the Premier League. After today, we won’t be seeing Ian Darke and Steve McManaman commentating from any Premier League grounds anymore.

It could also be a goodbye to either Arsenal or Tottenham’s hopes of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League. Arsenal plays Newcastle United at St James’ Park, while Spurs entertain Sunderland at White Hart Lane. Chelsea meanwhile will be hoping for at least a draw to guarantee third place.

With all 10 matches being played at the same time today (11am-1pm ET), all of the games will be shown live on US TV and Internet at the same time. Check out the schedule at http:\/\/www.epltalk.com/premier-league-tv-schedule for who will be showing what games.
