Manchester City Home Jersey For 09/10 Season Revealed

There have been plenty of unofficial leaks of Manchester City’s new home jersey for the 2009-2010 season. And there have been glimpses of the shirt unveiled through official channels too. But with the transfer signing of Carlos Tevez, who was unveiled to the media and public today, we can now officially reveal the Manchester City jersey for the 09-10 season.

Designed and manufactured by Umbro, the shirt carries over similar qualities from the new England shirt in its focus on creating a simple but effective design that evokes a lot of tradition and adds a lot of character.

With most of the new kits for the 09-10 Premier League season failing miserably, creating one of the worst seasons in years based on aesthetic quality, it’s refreshing to see Umbro produce a shirt that’s definitely going to be a fan favorite throughout England and the rest of the world.
