Galatasaray vs Real Madrid & Borussia Dortmund vs Malaga, UEFA Champions League Open Thread

While there aren’t any Premier League clubs remaining in the UEFA Champions League, there’s still plenty of good football to watch today with the second legs of the quarter-finals set for later today.

If you live in the United States, both matches can be watched live on television and the Internet. Galatasaray against Real Madrid kicks off at 2:45pm ET on FOX Soccer, while FOX Soccer Plus will televise Borussia Dortmund against Malaga (2:45pm ET kick-off). Both games will also be shown live on FOX Soccer 2Go.

If you need a reason to watch Galatasaray against Real Madrid, even though Real Madrid has a big lead going into this match, I give you two words: Didier Drogba…

In the first leg between Malaga and Borussia Dortmund, the German side wasted several opportunities to take a lead. That match ended 0-0. Meanwhile, Real Madrid coasted past Galatasaray 3-0 in Spain, but expect the Turkish side to stage a comeback, aided by the incredible atmosphere of their home supporters.

Within the next few hours, we’ll know which two teams will be in the UEFA Champions League semi-final. The two others will be revealed to us tomorrow after Barcelona-Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich-Juventus.
