Derby Came Back From 4-1 Down at Half Time to Draw 4-4 After Steve McClaren's Halftime Team Talk: Nightly Soccer Report

All hail Steve McClaren. The former England manager in his first day on the job as manager of Derby County delivered such an inspirational halftime team talk that his side, who were losing 4-1 at the half against Ipswich, stormed back in the second half to tie the match 4-4.

McClaren was in the stands at the match to watch the game, but he got involved at half time when he saw his team losing 4-1.
