What Roy Hodgson has done at wba is unbelievable, which is why he gets my vote. Before he took over no-one would have tipped wba to stay up. If only he could do it with big clubs! Fergy is a close 2nd, winning the league with the 4th best squad in the league.

You can tell Liverpool fans have been using this a lot more than anybody else. Fair play to Kenny Dalglish though, he’s done brilliantly, but with the squad he has you would expect atleast a top 7 finish. In my opinion, Tony Pulis deserves a lot lot more than 1.85%. A top 8 finish and a superb FA Cup run. Stoke are getting better and better. Ferguson and Dalglish have brilliantly to get their teams where they are, but Pulis has been the most successful this season (in terms of progress)

    1. Mancini – Manchester City are on the rise.
    2. Coyle – Terrific job at Bolton.
    3. Daglish – Unbelievable turnaround for Liverpool. Managers do make a difference.
    4. Holloway – Nobody thought Blackpool would still be alive to stay in the EPL with one game left.
    5. Hodgson – Bad stint at Liverpool but has redeemed himself at West Brom. Some managers can manage anywhere others can only do so at midtable or bottom tier teams.

By the way, to those who question Daglish’s managing ability. he not only won titles as a player but also manager at Liverpool and Blackburn. Yes, Blackburn won the title with Daglish as manager. I’m not a Liverpool fan but am old enough to remember.

The Special One is returning to the bridge, the end for Man United as we know it! Liverpool Football Club, what is that? I thought only Toffees were on Merseyside, what is this Red Sh#*e!

  11. Kenny Dalglish

    May 17, 2011 at 4:52 pm

Jesus Christ man, I return to Anfield, for what?! A bloody Rounders loving Yank and a Basketball player! I thought we were rid of the two cowboys and what does Broughton bring to Merseyside? A Heinrich Himmler lookalike who owns the Boston rounders boys and a mudflap who bounces a beachball for a living. I heard him refer to the mighty Reds as the bloody RedSox! God Sakes, enough already man! What’s next they replace the statue of Shanks with John Wayne! While the Mancs leave our club for dead! I should go to Fulham, at least they have that statue of Micheal Jackson at the cottage!

Man U forever!! No offence 2 Liverpool supporters, but u don’t stand a chance against us. We’re beating, and i think that speaks for itself. Alex has achieved so much, we’re doing so well. Everyone used to think it was all about Ronaldo, but Sir Alex Ferguson really has achieved things other teams can only dream of.

Liverpool domination in this voting means nothing because they do not win anything this season. Throphy talks more!!!!!

This voting just like popularity contest..
If there is an award for the winner, I bet kenny, lucas, reina, all of them will ashamed of it LOL.

For me, the actual n real result is in FA team of the year.

so far, in almost every category, a liverpool player or manager is leading, what a joke. i have no problem w/faithful pride as a supporter, but let’s be a little objective here and realistic.

King Eric, don’t forget there will be an editor’s choice award for each category, so there will be a little bit of balance.

  22. Robert

    May 16, 2011 at 10:47 am

I think King Kenny voters miss the point here. There is only one way to judge the work of a coach, and it is what he wins at the end of the day; if his team is one that would ordinarily win trophies. So, united fans cannot be seriously touched by the result of these polls.

Sir alex furgason is the best manager, because he had an inteligent way of keeping his team up in the line, expecialy colectin points against chelse, man city and arsenal who were the main rivals at this season

  26. ScousersareCRETINS

    May 15, 2011 at 11:39 am

All Scousers stink of urine, I’m not after creating a rift here, just stating a basic fact. Kenny Daglish has never and will never achive anywhere near the success SIR Alex Ferguson has… so a last ditch attempt to troll some pointless online votes will not change the emptiness in your souls… or trophy cabinet. ” Liverpool cannot accept that they might have made any contribution to their misfortunes, but seek rather to blame someone else for it, thereby deepening their sense of shared tribal grievance about the rest of society” – Boris Johnson

Mancini deserves plaudits for turning City into a formidable club. Yes, they have spent money to get there but so have lots of other clubs who have done it for many years. People forget that United, for instance, paid the most for s defender when they bought Ferdinand and paid the most for a forward when they bought Berbatov. City are just catching up. Psychologically City have now turned the corner and mancini deserves much credit.

My second choice is Daglish (he would have been first choice if he had been on the job from the beginning of the season). Liverpool’s change of fortune since Daglish is just incredible.

Hodgson would be my third pick even though he was terrible at Liverpool but has shown that he does much better with mid-table or lower clubs. West Brom’s turnaround is only second to Liverpool’s ascent.

Alex Ferguson has been excellent this season

  30. Tom

    May 15, 2011 at 9:49 am

King Kenny has done nothing amazing, he has simply got a team to achieve what it should have been doing all along. Sir Alex’s achievement is huge – taking a team where the only reliable point is defence, albeit the best in the league, with a midfield laking star players and creativity, inconsistent or ageing wingers and forwards which are out of form or untested (Chicharito) and winning the league, also staying undefeated in Rooney’s absence, there can be no denying Sir Alex is the greatest manager alive, and with him ready to sign 2/3 new players next season to replace Scholes and Van Der Sar, United’s reign as the biggest club in England is set to last for a long time.

      May 19, 2011 at 4:58 am

thats absolutely true! without doubt Sir Alex is the best manager this season and i wonder why Kenny Dalglish is leading the poll. should be Alex Ferguson! – by achievement.

  31. James

    May 10, 2011 at 6:52 am

I have to say that Owen Coyle has been fantastic this season. Bolton really have no depth in their squad and Coyle had managed a solid 7/8th place finish and an FA cup semifinal team.

I love how angry the scummy manc fans are, your manager is nothing but a big baby that throws his toys out of his pram.

He will never EVER be as respected and loved at utd as much as King Kenny is at Liverpool.

Beware of Sir King Kenny Dalglish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
