He thanked Florentino Pérez for his trust, his family for their constant support, and naturally paid tribute to Carlo Ancelotti, crediting him as a key influence behind his return to the club.

“We have a great team, fantastic players, a squad with a strong present,” Alonso said. “I have many reasons to come here full of energy and excitement. We want to achieve big things—things worthy of Real Madrid, just like the ones already here.”
In a symbolic gesture, Alonso proudly displayed the club crest with 15 Champions League titles during the official photo session, emphasizing the club’s legacy and the expectations that come with it.
