FA Probe Norwich-Derby Match

The Football Association has begun a probe into the Norwich-Derby match after unusal betting patterns occured at haftime of the match. Derby won the match 2-1. Norwich PM Norman Lamb has asked Sporting Secretary Andy Burnham to look into the allegations.

 Derby County have said they will fully co-operate with the investigation. Derby Manager Paul Jewell said,” It’s something that as far as I’m concerned is nonsense. I’m bemused.” He also said that Derby County have nothing to hide.
