Inter dismissed Manchester City 3-0 to win the Pirelli Cup on Saturday in Baltimore, Maryland.
While the scoreline fairly reflects the way the Nerazzurri dominated the match, particularly after Patrick Vieira was sent-off, the biggest surprise came after full-time when a massive sized trophy was presented to the winning team.
Having attended the match and prior to leaving, I was surprised to say the least when I saw the trophy and decided to take a few pictures. I am attaching two pictures which perhaps can give the readers a fair idea about the trophy’s ridiculously large dimensions despite this being a mere friendly match.
