Okay I’m sure you’re all wondering what are we doing at Serie A Talk, predictions with no club previews?
Well there are tons of sites offering previews and they all sound very similar so if you want the low-down I’ll list’em for you at the end of my predictions for Serie A Match Day Uno.
Key Injuries – First XI Players
AC Milan – striker Marco Borriello, playmaker/midfielder Kaka (out for 2 -3 weeks)
Fiorentina – striker Adrian Mutu (out for 3 weeks)
Inter Milan – defender Marco Matterzzi (out 5 – 6 weeks), Fellow centre backs Burdisso, Walter Samuels, Christian Chivu and Ivan Corboda are not yet fit for the Serie A kickoff on August 31, midfielder Patrick Vieira
Juventus – defender Giorgio Chiellini (out indefinitely), midfielder Cristiano Zanetti (out for 4 weeks), NEW Momo Sissoko and Pavel Nedved both suffered knocks in training (status unknown)
Lazio – hit-man Tommaso Rocchi (unknown)
Roma – playmaker Francesco Totti (will most likely miss Match Day 1, check game time announcements)
