At The Offside and World Cup Blog, Daryl Grove was the Managing Editor, but though he had left his West Midlands roots and settled in the United States, Wolverhampton and the Wanderers were never far from him. On this edition of the World Soccer Talk Podcast (previously known as the EPL Talk Podcast), Daryl joined us to talk about Wolves, his history in fandom, and their ever-improving chances of Premiership survival.
Sadly, Daryl Grove died in October 2020 from complications of stage IV colon cancer. Age 40, Daryl had been a pioneer in the soccer blogging and podcasting world.
On our October 29, 2020 episode, World Soccer Talk gave a tribute to Daryl’s life and his influential career discussing soccer in the United States.
