The countdown is on for one of the most groundbreaking tournaments in soccer history. The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is set to debut with a disruptive and innovative format, and this Saturday it welcomed a new addition: LAFC defeated Club América to secure a spot in the competition, replacing disqualified Club León. With that, the groups for the intercontinental tournament are now fully confirmed.

Lionel Messi and Inter Miami will compete in Group A alongside Palmeiras, Porto, and Al Ahly.
