Paris (AFP) – Record-breaking Paris Saint Germain midfielder Formiga, 41, has signed a contract extension through until June 2020, the French club said on Thursday.

Formiga has played at six Women’s World Cups and six Olympic Games over 24 seasons with 160 appearances in the Brazilian national team.

Since joining PSG in 2017, she has played 58 games and is club captain.
