Arsenal is traveling to the American capital to play in the MLS All-Star Game, and tickets are already available. This is the first time since 2019 that the MLS All-Star Game is against a top European opponent. Moreover, it is the second time Arsenal features in the MLS All-Star Game. The Gunners previously won the game in 2016.

The MLS All-Star Game against Arsenal could be a chance for a number of American fans to see the Premier League winners, too. As of the announcement for this game, Arsenal is in the driver’s seat in the English top flight. Dramatic wins and top performances yielded an eight-point gap on Manchester City. However, the Citizens do have a game in hand, and a home game against the Gunners.

On the MLS side, the season is just getting underway. The league is only five games in, but a couple of candidates are already emerging to be on the MLS All-Star team. For instance, Jordan Morris has seven goals, including four in his last outing. Thiago Almada, who was on the Argentina team that won the World Cup, has four assists in four games.
