Everton and Crystal Palace have TV coverage plans as both sides look to build on their starts to the season.

For Crystal Palace, that means extending farther up the table. Entering Goodison Park, Palace is square in the middle of the table with a perfectly balanced record of three wins, three losses and four draws. That being said, a number of the teams around Palace played one more game than the Eagles’ 10.

One of those teams with 11 games played is Everton. For the Toffees, this game is all about creating a larger expanse with the relegation zone. Most fans of Everton want to forget about the heart-stopping survival effort of a season ago. Just a point above the drop, Everton needs far more security.

On Saturday, There is this game, as well as Manchester City’s contest against Brighton. However, that is it. In total, there are four games on Saturday.

Despite the tame schedule, NBC has its usual Premier League coverage. Before this game, Premier League Live recaps the Forest-Liverpool game, while also previewing the Everton-Palace fixture. That same program returns after the Goodison Park game, with Goal Zone coming after the Chelsea-United game at 12:30 p.m.

Everton-Palace

As stated, this match is not one that features the biggest names or the brightest lights. Instead, it shows the dogfight that is the middle of the table in the Premier League. The aspirations of both Everton and Crystal Palace are not as lofted their crosstown neighbors.

That being said, this is still something of an interesting game, particularly given the fact that both managers are former players at other Premier League clubs.
