Liverpool (AFP) – Naby Keita put title-chasing Liverpool ahead in the opening seconds against Huddersfield on Friday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will go back to the top of the Premier League above Manchester City if they beat Huddersfield and Guinea midfielder Keita gave them the perfect start at Anfield.
Keita pounced on a poor Huddersfield pass and exchanged a one-two with Mohamed Salah before hitting a shot which went in off the inside of the post.
It was Liverpool’s 100th goal in all competitions this season with it timed at between 14 and 16 seconds and the Premier Leage yet to confirm the precise time.
