Anticipation is building for Friday’s World Cup Draw as soccer fans across the United States start to dream or dread who may be in their Group. Whether you’re a fan of the United States or any other country, Friday’s World Cup Draw promises to be a suspenseful experience. After all, who doesn’t love seeing the balls getting picked out of the different pots, and then seeing which name gets revealed?

The Final Draw will take place from Noon-1PM ET and determine how 29 qualified teams, two intercontinental play-off slot placeholders and one UEFA play-off slot placeholder are divided into eight groups of four for the tournament.

Soccer fans in the United States will be glad to read that the FIFA World Cup will be shown live.

The viewing options are:

English-language: FS1
Spanish-language: Telemundo, Universo and Peacock Premium

FOX Sports’ coverage on FS1 begins at 11:30AM ET. Stu Holden will be live in Doha to get immediate reactions from US Men’s National Team Head Coach Gregg Berhalter, as well as other nations’ managers and dignitaries in attendance. Host Rob Stone will anchor coverage from the FOX Sports studio in Los Angeles alongside analysts Alexi Lalas and Maurice Edu.

Upon conclusion of the Final Draw, live coverage on FS1 will extend through 2PM ET, and will feature Holden sharing insights and conducting interviews from Doha.

Just like FOX Sports, Telemundo’s coverage runs from 11:30AM to 2PM ET.

Their special coverage will be produced live from the Doha, Qatar. Andrés Cantor will host the coverage alongside Ana Jurka, Miguel Gurwitz and Carlota Vizmanos onsite with the support of Carlos Hermosillo, Manuel Sol, Sammy Sadovnik and Karim Mendiburu from Miami.

Coverage around the Draw will feature special segments and reports highlighting the most compelling stories around teams, players, rivalries and surprises around the FIFA World Cup and the teams qualified. In addition, the team on the ground will complement the coverage with content that showcases the culture of Qatar and the cities and venues that will host the action of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Following the Draw, Telemundo Deportes’ experts will present in-depth analysis of the results, plus live reactions, analysis and predictions from former players, coaches and soccer personalities from around the world, including Tab Ramos, World Cup champions Claudio Borghi and Mauro Silva, among others.

Live coverage of the Final Draw will also be available for streaming in Spanish-language via Peacock.

The draw starts with Pot 1 and ends with Pot 4. Each pot is completely emptied before moving on to the next pot.

The final teams who have not yet officially qualified will be from the European playoff featuring the winner of Scotland-Ukraine versus Wales. The intercontinental playoffs will include New Zealand against Costa Rica, and Australia or United Arab Emirates versus Perú.
