Speaking to the media on Friday, Inter Miami head coach Javier Mascherano addressed Luis Suarez’s current situation ahead of the training session: “Luis had to travel due to personal reasons. The rest, except for David Ruiz and Drake Callender, are available to train.”
While no further details were shared, Suarez’s absence from Friday’s session represents a significant challenge for Mascherano, with the game just 24 hours away. His status remains uncertain, casting doubt on his availability for Saturday’s lineup.
Minnesota United, currently second in the Western Conference, have been one of the most consistent teams this season. With a strong defensive record and only two losses so far—against LAFC and Vancouver—the matchup poses a real test for Inter Miami.
