Several German news sources are reporting that Jurgen Klinsmann has refused a contract extension with the German National Team.

Before we have out of control speculation on this website, keep in mind Bruce Arena is still under contract with the USSF until December and thus would have to be fired by his close friend Sunil Gulati in order to make way for Klinsmann. Secondly, Klinsmann has denied any interest in the USA job although that was during Germany’s World Cup run and several credible news organziations have reported that the US has made already made him an offer of upwards of $3 million a year.
