Day three of the International Champions Cup kicks off today featuring Premier League champions Manchester City against AC Milan, followed by Liverpool versus Olympiacos.
Today’s matches for Liverpool and Manchester City are their first in the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup. The previous matches by both clubs in the States this summer were during friendlies (against AS Roma and Sporting Kansas City, respectively).
With Olympiacos’ surprise 3-0 victory against AC Milan on Thursday in Toronto, it’ll be interesting to see whether AC Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi can help his side bounce back today after he rested so many starters in Canada.
All times Eastern.
