Premier League Saturday: Sept. 22, 2012

Christopher Harris

There’ll be a welcome on the hillside this morning when Swansea City kicks off the Premier League gameweek 5 with a home match against high-flying Everton. I’m obviously biased, but this one promises to be a barn buster. Can Nathan Dyer show what he has against Leighton Baines? Can Everton stop Michu from playing his wonderful football in midfield? Will Everton be able to make up for the disappointment of drawing Newcastle on Monday after being cheated out of two goals?

We shall see beginning at 7:45am ET/12:45pm BST today.

Following that match, we have several 10am/3pm BST matches — Chelsea versus Stoke, West Ham vs Sunderland, Southampton vs Aston Villa and West Brom versus Reading. And then the late kick-off is a homecoming for Hugo Rodallega as Fulham travels to Wigan.

Before, during and after today’s matches, post your rants, raves, questions and observations in the comnents section below.
