San Jose’s Quincy Amarikwa scored an unbelievable long range goal Sunday night in the MLS game against Portland Timbers.

FOX Sports lead commentator John Strong described the goal as follows: “That is absolutely sensational from Quincy Amarikwa. One of the best goals you’ll see in MLS this season.” And it certainly was.

The chip was perfectly executed and landed in the corner of the net, motivating co-commentator Brad Friedel to describe it as “Goal of the week candidate? Try goal of the season candidate.”
