Norwich City have signed Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer for a 4-year transfer deal believed to be around £7million. The talented international is Norwich’s sixth signing of the summer alongside Ricky van Wolfswinkel, Javier Garrido, Nathan Redmond, Martin Olsson and Carlo Nash.
In the January transfer window, Everton were very close to sealing a deal to sign Fer. The 23-year-old former FC Twente footballer has two international caps to his name.
