CBS All Access, which will be renamed to Paramount+ on March 4, is offering their best deal yet — 50% off for 12 months when you sign up for their annual plan.
For soccer fans, that means exclusive coverage to every single UEFA Champions League and Europa League for just $29.99 per year. It's unlikely that Paramount+ will ever offer another deal like this again. Activate the special offer and enter promo code PARAMOUNTPLUS at checkout to get the 50% off deal.
Normally, the price for an annual subscription to CBS All Access/Paramount+ is $59.99 for their commercial plan, so the 50% discount to $29.99 is significant and will only be available for a very limited time. With CBS Sports having the exclusive English-language rights to the UEFA Champions League and Europa League through 2024, taking advantage of the annual plan makes sense. Plus, CBS All Access/Paramount+ features games from NWSL.
To get the 50% discount while it’s available, take the following steps:
1) Go ahead and activate the offer,
2) Click the ‘Try Free’ button,
3) Press the ‘Continue’ button,
4) Choose between the ‘Limited Commercials’ or ‘Commercial Free’ option; Be sure to click the ‘Save over 15% OFF the monthly price with an annual plan!’ checkbox to get the annual plan. You’ll be able to get the 50% discount in step 6,
5) Create a free CBS account,
6) At checkout, enter promo code PARAMOUNTPLUS to get the 50% discount on your first 12 months of the streaming service.
If you’re already a CBS All Access subscriber, you’ll be able to access Paramount+ from March 4 onwards when the name change happens.

This offer is NOT available for current paid subscribers, correct?
Correct. New customers only.
What if u had a account and discontinued it .Are u considered a new customer if u sign up
Couldn’t pass on the offer and signed up for the commercial free. First show I’m watching and there’s commercials. Lame….
I have the same question …
If you use a different email address and credit card number, it should work.
I am a month-to-month subscriber on CBS All Access. I cancelled my current subscription and restarted the same subscription (same email login) with this new annual plan. I was able to get this discount. Thanks!!
Several users that are on Windows 7 have complained that CBS All Access / Paramount+ will no longer work on their PCs and some have canceled their accounts. This problem is to be expected when companies are late to the game of streaming especially when using browsers. However what would we do without Reddit and here is the solution that has bugged me to no end trying to get CBS All Access to work on my Windows 7 PC with Windows Media Center.
When a browser accesses a website it announces itself stating the brand and version plus what Operating System is being used. I tried 3 different browsers they all announced themselves as running on Windows 7 OS and full episode playback failed. This is not the case with the app on Roku or other devices just on Win 7 PCs.
The solution is use the Chrome Web Browser and go to the Chrome Web Store, search for User Agent Switcher. I tried about 5 different ones the one that works best is:
User-Agent Smart Switcher
Offered by: Sergei L
Checking the website whatismybrowser (com) tells me that I run Chrome 88 on Windows 7 and it results in no playback on CBS All Access. Set the User-Agent Smart Switcher to Windows plus Chrome. Now testing whatismybrowser (com) tells me I am running Chrome 88 on Windows 10 and presto CBS All Access works now like a charm.
What would one do without Reddit and I wish that the networks besides paying mega billion bucks for content pay for decent software engineers and website designers. CBS All Access support couldn’t find a solution some poor schmuck on Reddit had to do that for them and not getting paid for it.
Does anyone know if the rebranded CBS All Access to Paramount + will include pause/rewind functionality for live events?
The talk of them being in the running for Serie A makes me hope this is the case. Just on Saturday, for instance, I left the Atalanta/Torino match to get some things done when it was 3-0 thinking it’s over. At HT checked my app and see 3-2. Was able to rewind and see the goals then watch the exciting 2nd half live. Those features are a must.
I’ll find out in the next couple of weeks and will let everyone know.
Just to add to this when having to switch from CBS All Access to Paramount+ on March 4th or thereafter you have to sign in again with your credentials in the apps or browser but this time you have to go to paramountplus (com)
Outside of the live football, any idea how long/often commercials show up on the limited commercial plan option? We talking 30 second commercials or 2 minute blocks?
I’m taking the 100% discount.
The TV episodes I watched max was 90 sec commercials once during the program after 30 sec opening commercial. For me it is tolerable and it also depends on the popularity of the program.
Signed up today to watch the UCL matches. Very happy I did. A service like this for $30 with commercials or $50 without is awesome for a whole year.
I too was able to cancel the monthly and switch to discounted annual. The only hiccup is you need to wait until your paid-up month ends.
according to Tannewald: “Paramount+ is set to become the new English-language home of the men’s club leagues in Argentina and Brazil.”

I’m burying the lede of course 🙂
For how long is this deal available?
It’s due to expire any day now before Paramount+ launches.
According to USA Today, they say this offer is valid until March 4th.
