This marks the first ever post on the Champions League Talk site/blog, and it’s a pleasure to be writing about such an entertaining competition (after all, it shouldn’t be called a league in its current form).
The competition, which was in the last couple of years surpassed that of the World Cup in its entertainment value, is entering its most exciting stage whereby it’s single elimination. The weaker sides get knocked out, and the creme da le creme remain.
