MLS Season Pass announcers and analysts for Apple deal

Major League Soccer’s new deal with Apple brings a world of change. MLS now has a designated list of announcers and analysts that cover the league in its entirety. In fact, the MLS Season Pass announcers are part of a massive hiring spree by Major League Soccer, encompassing between 80 and 100 broadcasters in total.

As a result, these are not team-oriented TV broadcasters. Rather, each game will seem like a national contest with unbiased commentary throughout. For those that want those hometown biases, there is an option to listen to the radio broadcast of each team involved in every game.

Regardless, the MLS announcers and analysts list has many familiar names. That being said it does have some new ones. There are English and Spanish broadcasts for every game. Then, games involving Canadian teams also have French crews in the booth.

However, this list of MLS announcers and analysts goes beyond the booth. There is studio talent, some of which is coming over to the US soccer world for the first time.

MLS announcers and analysts list

Play-by-play

Max Bretos: In addition to previously working as a play-by-play voice with both ESPN and FOX, Max Bretos spent his most recent time calling games specifically with LAFC. Always excitable and positive, Bretos lives, eats and breathes MLS.

Moisés Linares: Linares was the Spanish-language voice for DC United, working in both radio and TV. He did the same for the Washington Commanders in the NFL. In fact, one of his jobs prior to sport was a reporter and snchor with Telemundo and NBC4 in Washington, D.C.
