Serie A Match Day Six Results

Some surprises as Juventus, AC Milan and Roma all lose ground on the top teams and especially Inter. Lazio required a late goal by Simone Inzaghi to keep their place atop Serie A and maintain their home record of zero loses.  A quick look at match statistics reveals just how lopsided the Lazio-Lecce encounter was.  Taking the lead in the 26th minute, Lecce would hold onto a that slim 1 – 0 margin, sapping up wave after wave of Biancocelesti attacks, until the 89th minute when Inzaghi scored the equalizer.
