Orlando City to Become 21st MLS Team and Will Launch in March 2015, Confirms Club President

Orlando City will be officially announced today as Major League Soccer’s 21st team, and will begin play in March 2015, confirmed Club President Phil Rawlins in one of the worst kept secrets in US soccer.

The official launch is scheduled for 6pm ET today in downtown Orlando with MLS Commissioner Don Garber scheduled to be in attendance.

Rawlins confirmed the MLS launch to Orlando TV station FOX 35.
