Manchester City Agree Deal With Sevilla For Alvaro Negredo

Manchester City have agreed a deal with Sevilla to sign Spanish striker Alvaro Negredo, pending a medical.

The Spanish club have confirmed that the deal has been finalized, and will be hosting a farewell send-off at Sevilla’s Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium at 1:30pm ET today to bid goodbye to Negredo. Sevilla are inviting his colleagues to visit the ground before the club leaves for a tour of South America.

The transfer fee to bring Alvaro Negredo to Manchester City is rumored to be £21.5 million.

Negredo will be Manchester City’s third major signing of the summer after bringing Fernandinho and Jesus Navas to the club.
