Belgium attacking midfielder Kevin de Bruyne scored a goal in the 93rd minute to put the Red Devils 1-0 in the lead against the United States.
The goal was created after Romelu Lukaku broke down the right wing, causing havoc in the box before De Bruyne picked up the pieces and slotted the ball into the far corner of the net.
