ESPN's Euro 2020 TV ratings up 33 percent compared to Euro 2016

Through Saturday, June 19, Euro 2020 on ESPN and ABC delivered an average audience of 965,000 viewers, a 33 percent increase compared to 723,000 viewers for the same number of matches of Euro 2016.

Highlights:

• Saturday’s Portugal-Germany on ESPN averaged 1.83 million viewers – the largest audience for a European Championship group stage match in 2016 and 2020; and ranks as the third most-viewed group stage match ever on ESPN networks and ABC

• Four Euro 2020 matches rank in the top ten most-viewed matches ever in the group stage on ESPN networks and ABC (since 2008)
