Bianchi To Take Managerial Role At Boca?

According to Universofutbol.com, reigning Argentine champs Boca Juniors will retain coach Carlos Ischia and will hire former coach Carlos Bianchi in a managerial role as of January.  The club’s adminitrative board unanimously decided that Ischia will be resigned for the next year.  The big detail is that former Atlético Madrid boss Carlos Bianchi will be helping out in a managerial role.

Bianchi would be making his return to coaching but in a different role since his premature departure from Atlético Madrid back in 2005.  Bianchi, 59, was one of the most successful coaches in Boca Juniors’ history and his name has always come up in the Argentine media every time Boca looked for a new coach since he last left back in 2004.  Since then he was been working in television for Mexican network Televisa and ESPN.
