Manchester (United Kingdom) (AFP) – Marcus Rashford scored an extra-time winner as Manchester United defeated Anderlecht 2-1 and 3-2 on aggregate to reach the Europa League semi-finals on Thursday.
After the first leg of the quarter-final had ended 1-1, United took a 2-1 lead when Henrikh Mkhitaryan slammed in a low shot in the 10th minute, but visiting captain Sofiane Hanni equalised in the 34th minute.
