Who do you think will win the Women's World Cup? [POLL]

Now that the final Women’s World Cup match is set, there is only one game left to decide the winner of the tournament. As a re-match of the 2011 World Cup final, this game will be a test of physicality as well as emotions from both teams. But who will win?

Vote in the poll below. Or if you need some convincing, read my breakdown of both team’s strengths.

United States of America

Heralded as one of the favorites before the tournament started, the U.S. Women’s National Team have only just begun to find themselves in Canada. Good timing, too, as their next game will prove to be the most challenging. Depth is something this team has that the other three do not — a deep and talented group of women who are able to come off the bench and make plays.

The goals have been coming from different parts of the team. Veteran Carli Lloyd scored the winning goal against China and newcomer Christen Press scored in the team’s opener.

The United States are being fueled by Abby Wambach, who has appeared to be a tad overcome by the gravitas of her final World Cup. Although she has issued plenty of complaints and her fair share of negative comments, don’t give up on the prolific goal scorer yet. Her passion may be what finishes this tournament off for the USWNT.

Japan

The defending Women’s World Cup champions have not had a single point taken off them this entire tournament and even though they are not the critics’ favorites, they do not care what you think. They are organized and efficient and plan on stifling teams until they take the trophy home for a second time in a row.

They are the only team to have won every game in the tournament and their precise defense and intricate offense seem capable of frustrating any team.

Nadeshiko might mean delicate pink flower, but do not let that fool you. These women might have a size disadvantage but they are powerful and are scarily accurate on the ball. They have the experience of winning one World Cup and seem determined to prove that it was not a fluke.

So tell us below, who do you think will win it all?
