The news program is the same Setanta Sports News that launched in the UK on November 29, 2007. The 24/7 rolling news channel is a joint venture between Virgin Media Television and Setanta Sports, and is produced by ITN.
Watch Setanta Sports News online before it premieres. It’s essentially a rip-off of Sky Sports News and the popular format that they broke ground with in the 90s. Looks like Setanta has gone for a familiar format instead of being original.
