In the 82nd minute, USMNT striker Clint Dempsey scored a goal by chesting the ball into the back of the net from a Graham Zusi pass to put the USA 2-1 in the lead and just minutes away from automatic qualification to the next round of the FIFA World Cup.
It was a scrappy goal and there was a questionable offside, but on replay, it appeared that the goal was correct in being awarded to the US Men’s National Team.
