Striker Tim Cahill scored a spectacular bicycle kick earlier this morning to book Australia a place in the 2015 Asian Cup semi-final.
Cahill’s superb goal helped Australia go on to a 2-0 victory against China. The New York Red Bulls striker saw a loose ball that had been floated into the box, and then served up a sensational piece of skill to hit the ball first-time on a bicycle kick into the net.
Cahill, who scored the goal in the 49th minute, then went on to put the game to bed in the 65th minute when he scored the second and final goal of the match.

Australia will now play the winner of Japan against United Arab Emirates (Friday, 4:30am ET on One World Sports and DishWorld). The semi-final will be played on Tuesday, January 27 at 4am ET.
