Sunderland today unveiled their new home shirt for the 2013-14 season.
The Black Cats will be wearing their familiar red and white stripe kit, but this one is far better than last year’s version — one which looked too similar to Stoke City and had the questionable shirt sponsor.
Sunderland’s home kit for next season returns with a black trim to accentuate what makes the Sunderland kit unique. The collar design is smart. And in a day and age when clubs are changing the crests to make them more modern, the traditional Sunderland club crest looks as good as ever.
