Pre-Show Open Thread: Nov. 8, 2010

As if mimicking Gob while The Final Countdown blared in the background, Major League Soccer hass made the wrong things disappear. At least that’s what you’d be led to believe if you listen to the dissension of fans, with Major League Soccer finishing it’s second playoff weekend with four Western Conference teams alive in the playoffs.

On tonight’s recording of the Major League Soccer Talk Podcast, I am joined by Jeremiah Oshan (possibly others) to talk about that as well as make a crucial decision: Do we give-in to the tide and make this show into a protest of all things playoffs? Or, do we enjoy the games we have?

That may be up to you, as this is your open thread. Leave your feedback in the comments, below, and we will incorporate it into the show.

Also, for the first time, MLS Talk’s Podcast will be streaming live via UStream. The show start time is 9 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Pacific, and if you come to the UStream site before and during the show, we’ll be sure to incorporate your chat room feedback into the show.

Check back closer to start time as we embed the UStream player into the site, giving you more ways to get involved with the Major League Soccer Talk podcast.
