NBC's Premier League Extra Time Channels Temporarily Unavailable on AT&T U-Verse

AT&T U-Verse customers trying to tune in to the 10am ET Premier League matches today via the Premier League Extra Time channels have been unable to watch the four games available — including Fulham against Sunderland where Clint Dempsey has made his 2014 Premier League debut.

We’ve reached out to NBC Sports and AT&T U-Verse to determine what the issue is, and whether it’s temporary or permanent, but in the meantime, you can use NBC Sports Live Extra online or via the app to watch the four games that are being shown on Premier League Extra Time around the country (as well as Spurs-Palace on NBCSN).

U-Verse customers have been contacting the company via social media this morning, to express their concern and share their questions.

Here’s one tweet from AT&T U-Verse where the Customer Care person asks for their contact information, but reminds them that the Customer Care hours are Monday through Friday. So much for getting help on a busy sports weekend.

In the meantime, we’ll update you as soon as we get more news.

UPDATE: As of Monday morning, January 13, there’s still no response from AT&T U-Verse Corporate Communications, but AT&T Customer Care posted this tweet:
