The NBC Sports Live Extra app is coming to Windows Phone.
Whether you’re a fan of the Winter Olympic Games or not, one benefit of the mammoth sports competition is that NBC Sports is pushing forward to have the Windows Phone version of the NBC Sports Live Extra app ready in time for the Olympics, which begin on February 7.
For soccer fans in the United States, the NBC Sports Live Extra app is a integral part of the Premier League viewing experience, allowing fans to watch matches live via tablets, computers and mobile phones. The app is available on iOS and Android phones, but has not yet been made available for Windows Phone.
The NBC Sports Live Extra for will support Windows 8 Phone and tablet devices running Windows 8.1.
