Footage has been posted on YouTube allegedly showing West Ham United defender James Tomkins from his arrest during the early morning Sunday hours earlier this week.
Tomkins was arrested outside an Essex nightclub and charged with resisting arrest and being drunk and disorderly after security staff at the nightclub called the police.
Despite his arrest earlier this week, Tomkins played today against Arsenal in the Premier League where the Hammers were defeated 3-1.
