Chelsea have officially unveiled their new away shirt for the 2013-14 season.
Designed by Adidas, the new Chelsea away shirt leads with white as the primary color, the sixth time a Chelsea away kit has featured this color scheme. The strip is an homage to the Chelsea’s iconic white kits with blue and red trim during the 1960s. The use of red makes a return with its first appearance on a kit since the 2010/11 season’s home shirt.
The new Chelsea away shirt was originally revealed back in December when images were leaked on the Internet.
Overall, the design of the new Chelsea away kit is a winner. It’s simple, memorable, elegant and features a design that’s unique to the club and Premier League.
