Barclays Bank, the sponsors of the Premier League, has launched a Global Fans Survey 2008 where you could win a free trip to watch an EPL team of your choice play live (airfare and hotel included).

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and asks a series of questions such as who your favorite player is, how much you spend on merchandise and how you follow the Premier League.
