Crystal Palace Football Club have unveiled a new club crest that the London-based side will wear beginning next season.
Managed by Ian Holloway, Crystal Palace are in the Championship play-offs and are just three possible matches away from gaining promotion to the Premier League.
The new club crest the club has chosen, after input from their supporters, is a far more modern and visually appealing crest that features a fiercer-looking eagle. The club name are also spelled out in a typeface and size that makes the words jump out more than the older crest.
Everton Football Club are also rumored to be changing their club crest to a more modern design.
