As the 2015 version of the Copa America begins on Thursday, with hosts Chile facing off against Ecuador, beIN SPORTS will be the go-to place to watch all of the action. The international television network is set to broadcast every single match of the tournament, as well as in depth analysis and opinions from contributors such as Ruud Gullit, Christian Vieri, Juan Pablo Angel, Andy Gray and Richards Keys, Francisco ‘Kikin’ Fonseca, Sergio Goycochea, and Tony Meola.
Copa America, which is in its 44th installment, is the oldest national team soccer tournament in the world. Beginning in 1916, the competition features teams from the top countries in South America. Countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela are all involved in this year’s Copa America, as well as two invited national teams: Jamaica and Mexico.
This year’s competition begins with group stage matches running from Thursday, June 11, to Sunday, June 21 (see TV schedule). The knockout phase of the 2015 Copa America will start on Wednesday, June 24 and will conclude with the final set to be played on Saturday, July 4 in Santiago, Chile.

All of the coverage from June 11 to July 4 will broadcast exclusively on beIN SPORTS and beIN SPORTS en Español. For fans that may be away from their televisions at the time of the matches, or if you don’t have access to beIN SPORTS, fuboTV will be the place to go to view games on computers, tablets, Roku, Chromecast, Android Fire and smart phones. The service is streamed live in HD.
Uruguay, the defending champions of the Copa America, will be forced to play this year’s competition without their signature player, Luis Suarez. Suarez, the 2011 Copa America tournament MVP, is still serving the last few matches of his ban for biting Italy’s Giorgio Chiellini during last summer’s World Cup.
Although Suarez is absent, there are, however, plenty of outstanding players headlining the tournament. Players such as Lionel Messi, Neymar, James Rodriguez, Alexis Sanchez, and Edinson Cavani are all set to feature in the upcoming competition.
While many club competitions have come to a close around the globe, the Copa America (along with the Women’s World Cup) will surely provide many mouthwatering matches throughout the next month.
